GSIS Field Trip to Fintech Center Korea

On Tuesday, October 27, students from the Graduate School of International Studies (GSIS) visited Fintech Center Korea. They attended a lecture covering the fundamentals and key areas of fintech, global fintech trends, and the current state of Korea’s fintech industry, including strategies for its further development. The lecture deepened their understanding of the integration of finance and technology and broadened their knowledge of fintech developments in Korea and around the world.

국제대학원 학생들은 지난 10월 27일(화) 한국핀테크지원센터를 방문해 핀테크의 개념과 주요 분야, 글로벌 핀테크 동향, 한국 핀테크 산업의 현황과 발전 방안에 관한 강의를 들었다. 이를 통해 금융과 기술의 융합에 대한 이해를 높이고, 국내외 핀테크 산업의 발전 현황에 대한 견문을 넓혔다.

The students also visited startups based at the center to learn about their operations and gain insights into global business activities in the fintech sector and support for overseas expansion. The visit provided students with firsthand exposure to the fintech industry and an opportunity to explore career paths, entrepreneurship, and a range of business opportunities in the sector.

또한 센터에 입주한 스타트업 기업을 방문해 사업 운영 현황을 살펴보고, 핀테크 분야의 글로벌 사업과 해외 진출 지원 업무에 대한 이해를 넓혔다. 이번 방문은 학생들이 핀테크 산업의 현장을 직접 경험하고, 관련 분야의 취업·창업 및 다양한 비즈니스 기회를 탐색하는 계기가 되었다.
