선정대상
선정 대상자는 대학원 재학생으로 학업성적이 우수하고 품행이 방정한 자 중에서 운영위원회의 심의를 통과한 자로 한다.

지급중지 및 회수
장학생으로 선정되거나 장학금을 지급 받은 자가 다음 각 호에 해당될 때에는 그 지급을 중지하며 이미 지급된 장학금은 회수한다.
1. 학칙에 위반되는 행동을 한 사실이 판명될 때
2. 장학금의 신청절차 및 신청사유가 허위로 판명되거나 변경사유가 발생될 때
3. 징계처분을 받거나 받은 사실이 있을 때
4. 당해학기에 장학금 수혜 후 제적(자퇴) 또는 휴학한 경우. 다만, 재학생의 성적우수장학금에 한하여 복학학기에 인정한다.
5. 정규학기를 초과한 경우. 다만, 공로 및 특별장학금 등은 정규학기를 초과하더라도 필요한 경우 운영위원회 심의를 거쳐 지급할 수 있다.

Eligibility for Selection
Scholarship recipients shall be selected from among graduate students
who have demonstrated outstanding academic performance and good conduct
and who have been approved by the Scholarship Deliberation Committee.
(Amended Apr. 18, 2013; Feb. 20, 2020; Oct. 7, 2024)

Suspension and Recovery of Scholarship Payments
If a person selected as a scholarship recipient or a person
who has received a scholarship falls under any of the following circumstances,
payment of the scholarship shall be suspended, and any scholarship amount already paid shall be recovered.
1. If it is determined that the recipient has engaged in conduct in violation of the Academic Regulations.
2. If the scholarship application procedure or the stated reason is determined to be false,
  or if circumstances arise that require a change to the application.
3. If the recipient is subject to disciplinary action or has previously been subject to disciplinary action.
4. If, after receiving a scholarship during the relevant semester, the recipient is dismissed from the University
  (or withdraws) or takes a leave of absence. However, this provision shall apply to Merit-based Scholarships
  for Current Students only, and be recognized in the semester in which the student returns from leave.
5. If the recipient exceeds the prescribed period of study. However, scholarships
  for distinguished service and special scholarships may be awarded if necessary,
  even after the prescribed period of study has been exceeded.
  The ultimate decision in that event will be made by the Scholarship Deliberation Committee.
