GSIS-CAU has run an exchange program with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, China since 2004 and two selected Chinese diplomats join GSIS-CAU each year for master's degree programs. GSIS-CAU students, with Chinese language capability, can study in the China Foreign Affairs University as exchange students. CFAU offers room, insurance, and board to the GSIS students along with monthly stipend. |

Since 2020, Chung-Ang’s GSIS has been collaborating with WIPO, a specialized organization of the UN, on constructing terminology records for entry in the WIPO Pearl, a multilingual terminology portal containing specialized terms used in patent documents. |
