The Korean-Chinese Advanced Interpretation and Translation Program (AITP) at GSIS-CAU aims to train professional interpreters and translators who will contribute to national and global progress with their communication skills and well-rounded background knowledge.

To this end, our AITP/GSIS faculty, composed of professors rich in both academic and field expertise, offers quality classes in not only traditional course subjects but also international studies courses, such as international politics, economics, finance, and accounting.

In order to meet the trends in the industry, we recently incorporated some new courses into the AITP curriculum, such as Moderator Training, Technical Writing, Localization, Post-editing and a special lecture series taught by working professionals. Students can also maximize field experience before graduation via work opportunities provided through collaboration with external agencies

In order to help students broaden their perspectives of the world, we offer student exchange programs with Fudan University (China), Shandong University (China) and the Graduate School of Translation and Interpretation of the Monterey Institute of International Studies (USA).

AITP graduates are currently working in government ministries, domestic and overseas companies, the media, and research institutes, and are advancing the fields they are in.

中央大学国际大学院高级翻译学系韩中高翻学专业旨在精心培养出具备专业口译笔译能力和多领域专业知识的沟通专家，以期为国家、社会乃至世界发展做出应有的贡献。为此，我院不仅有具备丰富的实战经验和理论知识的高翻学教授团队主讲口译笔译专业课程，也有集聚各领域顶尖专家的国际学教授队伍讲授国际政治、经济、金融、会计等国际学课程。为了更好地应对不断变化的现场需求，我院还新设了technical writing, localization, post-editing等科目，开设了主持人课程特邀讲座、专家特邀讲座，另外还通过与外部机构的合作输送在校生参与口译笔译实战力求充分积累实战经验。我院与上海复旦大学、广东外语外贸大学、山东大学和美国蒙特雷高级翻译学院设有交换生项目，可为学生们提供赴国外大学修学研习拓展视野的机会。我院优质的教育课程和精良的师资团队培育出的人才们正活跃在各个政府机构、国内外企业、新闻媒体以及研究所等诸多领域，为所在领域的发展进步贡献着自己的才智与力量。

국제대학원 전문통번역학과 한중통번역전공은 통∙번역능력과 제반 분야 지식을 갖춘 커뮤니케이션 전문가를 양성하여 국가 사회 및 세계 발전에 기여함을 목표로 한다. 이를 위해 풍부한 현장 경험과 이론을 겸비한 통번역 교수진에 의한 통역 및 번역 전공 과목 뿐 아니라 각 분야 최고 전문가로 구성된 국제학 교수진에 의한 국제정치, 경제, 금융, 회계 등 국제학 과목 강의를 제공하고 있다. 변화하는 현장 수요에 대응하기 위해 technical writing, localization, post-editing 등 과목과 MC과정 특강, 전문가 특강 등을 신설하였고 외부기관과의 협업 하에 재학생을 통번역 현장에 파견함으로써 현장 경험 극대화를 기하고 있다. 또한 중국 상하이 복단대학, 광둥외어외무대학, 산둥대학 및 미국 몬트레이대학과의 교환학생 프로그램을 운영하여 해외 대학에서 수학하며 시야를 넓힐 수 있는 기회도 제공하고 있다. 양질의 교육과정을 통해 배출된 인력들이 정부기관, 국내외 기업, 언론사 및 연구소 등에서 활약하며 각 분야 발전에 일익을 담당하고 있다.
