<August 2026 Graduation Ceremony(2025 Academic Year, Fall Semester) and Gown Rental Notice>

1. August 2026 GSIS Graduation Ceremony

- No separate ceremony will be held

- The ceremony will be combined with the February 2027 Graduation Ceremony.

2. Receiving the Diploma (Should be received by yourself at the GSIS Academic Affairs Office)

- Date : From August 10, 2026 (Mon)

- Place : Room 708, Building 303 (GSIS Academic Affairs Office)

※ Before visiting, we recommend sending your full name and intended visit date/time to the Academic Affairs Office via email (gsis@cau.ac.kr) to make a reservation.

※ If you are sending a proxy to receive the diploma, please note that he/she will be required to bring a proxy statement (please refer to the attached file[양식)대리수령 위임장]), a copy of his/her ID, and your ID.

※ If the principal resides abroad and cannot provide the original ID, the diploma can be received by proxy with a copy of the principal's ID card. However, since the diploma is issued only once upon graduation, we are not responsible for any loss in case of misplacement.

3. Graduation Gown Rental Information (Reservation required)

- Operation Time : August 21, 2026 (Fri) 9:30 AM - 4:30 PM (lunch break: 12:00 - 1:00 PM)

※ Same-day rental and return only.

- Location : Room 206, Building 301

- How to Rent : Pre-reservation REQUIRED

※ Bring valid photo ID (Residence card, Driver’s license, Passport ONLY) (Student ID, Mobile ID NOT ACCEPTED)

- Reservation Instruction : CAU portal ▶ 학사마당(Academic Services) ▶ 졸업신청(Graduation Application) ▶ 학위복 대여예약(Academic Gown Reservation)

- Reservation period : August 11, 2026 (Tue) 2:00 PM - August 18, 2026 (Tue) 11:59 PM

※ Once the reservation period ends, applications and changes will no longer be accepted

- Important Notes

a. Rental is strictly prohibited outside the designated hours, and rental times must be strictly observed.

b. Please make sure not to lose graduation gowns, or we will request compensation for the loss.

- Compensation amount (gown: KRW 140,000 , hat/hood: KRW 20,000 , hat tassel: KRW 3,000)

c. Graduates with Ph.D.s cannot rent graduation gowns.

1. 2026년 8월 국제대학원 학위수여식

- 별도 진행X

- 2027년 2월 학위수여식과 통합하여 개최할 예정

2. 학위기 수령 (교학지원팀 방문 수령)

- 일시 : 2026년 8월 10일 이후 ~

- 장소 : 303관 708호 (국제대학원 교학지원팀)

※ 방문 전 교학지원팀 메일로 방문자 성명 및 방문 예정 일시 예약 권장 (gsis@cau.ac.kr)

※ 대리인 수령을 원하실 경우, 학위기 대리수령 위임장(첨부파일), 대리인 신분증 사본, 위임자 신분증을 지참한 후 방문 바랍니다.

※ 위임자가 해외에 거주하고 있어 신분증 전달이 불가한 경우, 위임자 신분증 사본으로 대리수령 가능합니다. 그러나 학위기는 졸업 시 최초 1회만 발급가능하기 때문에 분실 시 책임지지 않습니다.

3. 학위복 대여 (사전 예약 필수)

- 대여 센터 운영 일시 : 2026년 8월 21일 (금) 오전 9시 30분 ~ 오후 4시 30분 (점심시간 12:00 ~ 13:00)

※ 당일대여 당일반납

- 대여 장소 : 301관 206호

- 대여 방법 : 사전 예약 후 개별적으로 수령/반납 실시

※ 신분증(주민등록증, 운전면허증, 여권 등) 제출 후 학위복 수령 (학생증 및 모바일 신분증 불가)

- 사전 예약 방법 : 교내 포털 ▶ 학사마당 ▶ 졸업신청 ▶ 학위복 대여예약

- 사전 신청 기간 : 2026. 8. 11.(화) 14:00 ~ 8. 18.(화) 오전 23:59

※ 사전 신청 기간 종료 후에는 신청 및 변경이 불가능

- 유의사항

가. 지정된 시간 외에는 대여 절대 불가하며, 대여 시간을 반드시 준수

※ 지정된 시간까지 반납하지 않을 경우 증명발급 중단 처리 예정

나. 분실 시, 개인 변상해야 하므로 이용에 각별히 주의할 것

- 변상금액(가운: 140,000원, 모자/후드: 20,000원 , 모자수술: 3,000원)
