[Guideline on the Use of Lecture Rooms during Vacation]

1. GSIS Lecture Rooms.

*GSIS Lecture Rooms in Building 301 (Room 704, 705, 706) and in Building 303 (Room 401, 402) are available for student reservations. 

※ 9am to 4pm weekdays during vacation.

*To apply, visit the GSIS Affairs Team in Building 303, Room 708, state the purpose of use, complete and submit the rental application form.

* A single team (or individual) may reserve the same space for a maximum of two weeks. Consecutive extensions are not allowed. Additional reservations may be made by reapplying.

◎ Available GSIS Lecture Room

※ Room 703, Building 301 is unavailable for rental due to scheduled classroom repairs.

2. Lecture room rental is unavailable from February 16, 2026 (Monday) to March 2, 2026 (Monday) due to pre-semester inseptions.

3. How to reserve Lecture rooms

1) Apply for desired date and time via Graduate School of International Studies e-mail (gsis@cau.ac.kr) or by phone (02-820-6477, 5624)

2) Visit to GSIS Affairs Team’s office (Building 303 room 708) and fill in the application form.

3) Submit the approved form to the building’s protection facility before using the room.

※Rules for Use(During Vacation)

- Ensure doors and windows in lecture rooms remain open for ventilation throughout use.

- Utilize the provided single-use microphone covers in the lecture rooms for hygiene.

[방학 기간 중 국제대학원 강의실 대여 안내]

국제대학원 교학지원팀에서 방학기간 중 강의실 대여에 대해 다음과 같이 안내드립니다.

1. 방학기간 국제대학원 강의실 대여

※국제대학원에서 관리하는 301관 7층 강의실 (704,705,706호) 및 303관 법학관 (401, 402호) 모두 대여 가능

(방학기간의 경우 평일 오전 9시부터 오후 4시까지 대여)

※교학지원팀(303관 708호)을 방문하여 대여 용도를 밝히고 시설물 사용 신청서 작성·제출 완료한 후 강의실 입장 허용

※ 동일 장소는 한 팀(또는 한 명)이 최대 2주까지만 대여 가능하며, 연속 장기 대여 제한됨. 필요 시 재신청 후 재대여 가능.

◎ 대여가능 강의실 (국제대학원)

※ 301관 703호는 강의실 수리 진행 예정으로 대여 불가.

2. 개강 2주 전은 강의실 점검 기간으로 인한 대관 불가

- 2026.02.16(월) ~ 03.02(월) 대관 불가

3. 방학 기간 중 강의실 대여 절차

1) 국제대학원 E-mail(gsis@cau.ac.kr) 또는 유선 연락(02-820-6477, 5624)을 통해 사용 희망 날짜 및 시간 신청

=> 가예약 접수

2) 교학지원팀 사무실 (303관 708호) 방문하여 시설물사용신청서 작성

3) 확인 도장이 찍힌 시설물 사용 허가서를 해당 건물 방호실에 직접제출 후, 이용

※사용 시 준수사항

- 강의실 문 및 창문을 상시 개방하여 환기

- 강의실 내 비치된 일회용 마이크 커버 사용

- 강의실 사용 후 실내등 및 PC전원, 빔프로젝트 등 전원을 반드시 OFF 후 퇴실
