[Notice for 2025 FALL GSIS Re-admission, Leave of Absence, Reinstatement]

We would like to inform you of the schedule for re-admission, leave of absence, and reinstatement for the 2025 Fall semester.

For detailed information on application methods, requirements, and more, please see the attached file.

1. Re-admission Application Schedule

 A. Application Period: 2025. 8. 1. (Fri) 9:00 AM - 2025. 8. 8. (Fri) 4:00 PM 

 B. Application Procedure:
    - Fill out the re-admission application form → Submit in person or via email
      (Accepted after confirmation by the department in charge)

 ※ Students dismissed due to academic probation or disciplinary action must have a mandatory interview with the department chair. (Schedule and method of interview―in person, via Zoom, or by phone―must be arranged in advance.)

 C. Re-admission Requirements:

- Eligible applicants refer to students who have been expelled due to academic probation or who voluntarity withdrew, and at least one year has passed since expulsion.

- Exception: Students expelled due to non-registration or failure to return from leave may apply for re-admission after one semester. 

- Students expelled due to academic probation may apply for re-admission only once, after at lease one year has passed since expulsion. 

 D. Important Notes

- Students who have been expelled, failed the re-admission review, or exceeded the maximum enrollment period are not eligible for re-admission.

- Re-admission may not be granted if there are no available vacancies, even if the eligibility requirements are met.

2. Leave of Absence Schedule

 A. Application Period: 2025. 7. 22. (Tue) 10:00 AM - 2025. 9. 26 (Fri) 11:59 PM

(※ Note: Leave of absence applications cannot be processed between 11:00 PM and 1:00 AM daily due to banking system maintenance. Please avoid applying during this time.)

 B. Application Procedure:

Academic Services → Academic Status Change Application → Leave of Absence Application → Approval (Faculty Support Team) → Confirmation (by student)

 C. Additional Information

- If you need to request a leave of absence due to illness or other unavoidable circumstances  after the above application period, you must submit supporting documents to the Faculty Support Team at least one week before the start of final exams and obtain approval.

※ Required Documents

 1) Illness: A medical certificate issued by a general hospital indicating the need for treatment of more than four weeks.

 2) Other reasons: Documents that can verify stated reason.

3. Reinstatement Schedule

 A. Application Period: 2025. 7. 22 (Tue) 10:00 AM ~ 2025. 8. 18 (Mon) 11:59 PM

 B. Application Procedure:

Academic Services → Academic Status Change Application → Reinstatement Application → Approval (Faculty Support Team) → Confirmation (by student)

 C. Others

- Students who are on leave of absence due to academic warnings can only apply for and complete reinstatement only if they participate in the Leave of Absence Learning Support Program (mandatory).

- Access the Rainbow System → Certification/Diagnosis → Learning Clinic → Take the Assessment

[2025학년도 2학기 국제대학원 재입학, 휴학, 복학 안내]

2025학년도 2학기 재입학, 휴학, 복학 일정을 안내드립니다.

신청 방법, 신청 요건 등 상세 내용은 첨부파일을 참고해주시길 바랍니다.

1. 재입학 일정

가. 신청기간 : 2025. 8. 1.(금) 9:00 ~ 8. 8.(금) 16:00 

나. 신청절차

- 재입학원서 작성 → 방문접수 또는 메일접수(해당 대학 담당자 확인 후 접수)

※ 학사경고제적자 및 징계경력이 있는 자의 재입학: 학과장 면담 필수(사전에 면담일정 및 상담방법(방문면담, ZOOM 면담, 또는 전화 면담 등) 조율 후 방문

다. 신청요건

- 학사경고제적 및 자퇴자: 제적 후 1년이 경과 된 자

- 단, 미등록 제적자, 미복학 제적자는 1학기 이후 신청 가능

- 학사경고 제적자는 1년 이상 경과 후 1회에 한하여 재입학 신청을 할 수 있음

라. 유의사항

- 퇴학자, 재입학심의를 통과하지 못한 자, 재학연한이 초과된 자는 재입학을 허가하지 않음

- 재입학 요건을 갖추었으나 여석이 없을 경우에는 재입학을 허가하지 않을 수 있음 

2. 휴학 일정

가. 신청기간 : 2025. 7. 22.(화) 10:00 ~ 9. 26.(금) 23:59

(※ 매일 23시~01시까지는 은행 점검 시간으로 인해 휴학처리가 불가하오니 해당 시간을 피해 휴학 신청을 해주시기 바랍니다.)

 ※ 전문통번역학과는 1년 (두 학기) 단위 휴학신청으로 이미 26.2월까지 휴학신청 완료했다면 해당 없음   

나. 신청절차

- 중앙대 포탈( (http://mportal.cau.ac.kr)에 접속한 뒤 ID / PW 입력 후 로그인 → 학사마당 → 학적변동신청 → 휴학신청 → 허가(교학지원팀) → 확인(학생본인)

다. 기타

- 상기의 휴학신청 기간을 지나 질병 또는 기타 부득이한 사유로 휴학신청을 하는 경우 기말고사 시작 1주일 전까지 해당 사유를 증빙하는 서류를 교학지원팀에 제출하여 허가를 받아야 함. 

※ 제출서류

1) 질병: 종합병원에서 발행한 4주 이상의 치료를 요하는 진단서

2) 기타: 해당 사유를 입증할 수 있는 서류

3. 복학 일정

가. 신청기간 : 2025. 7. 22.(화) 10:00 ~ 8. 18.(월) 23:59

 ※ 전문통번역학과는 1년 (두 학기) 단위 휴학신청으로 이미 26.2월까지 휴학신청 완료했다면 해당 없음  

나. 신청절차

- 중앙대 포탈( (http://mportal.cau.ac.kr)에 접속한 뒤 ID / PW 입력 후 로그인 →학사마당→학적변동신청 → 복학신청 → 허가(교학지원팀)→확인(학생본인)

다. 기타

- 학사경고 휴학자 복학 시 휴학자 학습지원 프로그램 참여자만 복학신청 및 처리가능(필수)

- 레인보우시스템 접속 > 인증/진단 > 학습클리닉 > 검사실시하기
