Fall 2025 GSIS Regular Admission Acceptance Notice

1. Admission Results for Successful Applicants

A. Check Results (Click)

B. Please input the following:

a) Test identification number (e.g. M1201~~)

b) Date of birth (yymmdd)

c) Full name (must match the name entered in the Uway application).

* For foreign applicants, please enter the English name written on the passport.
If you are unable to check your results, please contact the GSIS Support Team. (82-2-820-6477, gsis@cau.ac.kr)

2. Registration Deposit and Enrollment

A. Regular Enrollment Period

July 16 (Wed), 2025 ~ July 18 (Fri), 2025, 9:00 ~ 16:00 (KST)

B. Admission Fee and The Tuition Fees (Amount as of 2025)

a) Admission fee (one-time payment upon enrollment): KRW 980,000

b) The Tuition fee:

- Korean nationals - KRW 7,811,000

- Non-Korean nationals - KRW 9,530,000

C. How to pay: At any Korean branch of Woori Bank or through online banking

D. How to print the bill:

a) The bill is currently unavailable. It will be available during the enrollment period.

b) To print your bill, refer to the Acceptance Notice on the GSIS website (http://gsis.cau.ac.kr), and enter your test identification number, date of birth, and name.

3. Information Notes

A. If you do not pay the tuition during the regular enrollment period, your acceptance will be revoked.

B. Accepted students must provide their current address and email address to print the bill.

C. You can check your admission scholarship when you print your tuition bill.

D. The student council fee covers participation in GSIS student events and locker usage for the GSIS. Details will be provided during the orientation for admitted students.

E. For non-Korean nationals, the certificate of admission for a visa application will be issued only to those who have submitted all the required documents, including a bank balance certificate, and completed registeration by paying both the admission and tuition fees.

※ Proof of Financial Capability: Bank balance certificate

Classification	Contents
Issuance Criteria	A bank balance certificate issued within 30 days of the application date for the Standard Admission Letter, in the name of the applicant or their parent.
Submission Period	To be submitted during the application period for the Standard Admission Letter by final selected candidates. *Do not submit this document with admission application materials.
Number of Copies	One(1) copy to be submitted to the CAU GSIS
Deposit Amount	KRW 20,000,000 KRW / 16,000 USD / CNY 110,000 / VND 380,000,000 or more (based on KRW equivalent)
Term of Validity (Chinese local Banks)	The balance amount in bank certificates issued by Chinese local banks must be frozen until Sept 30, 2025
Important Notes	◦ If students wish to change their visa status in Korea, they must submit a bank balance certificate issued by a Korean bank under their own name. ◦ Additional financial documents may be requested by the Immigration Office or the visa-issuing authority. ◦Bank balance certificate may not be accepted depending on the interpretation of immigration regulations by the Ministry of Justice. ◦ Notes on bank balance certificates issued in China (Avoid regional banks and small to medium-sized banks) - The issue date of the certificate and the deposit date must be the same - The expiration date of the certificate and the deposit maturity date (the freeze release date) must be the same. - Balance certificates that are constantly interpreted as withdrawable cannot be recognized.
Exemption	Scholarship students who receive tuition and living expenses do not need to submit bank balance certificate during application

F. Prospective graduates are required to submit their original graduation certificate and transcript to the GSIS Office by Friday, Agust 31, 2025 (Failure to do so will result in cancellation of admission and enrollment.)

* Applicants graduating from universities in Japan will receive separate instructions.

*Graduates or prospective graduates of overseas universities must submit academic certification documents.

B. Orientation for Fall 2025 freshmen: August 19 (Tue), 2025 (tentative)

C. Start of the Fall 2025 semester: September 1 (Mon), 2025

2025학년도 후반기 국제대학원 일반전형 최종합격자 발표 및 유의사항 안내

1. 합격자 조회 

가. 합격자 조회(Click)

*외국인 지원자의 경우, 여권에 기입된 영문명으로 입력.

2. 등록금 납부안내

가. 등록 기간 : 2025.07.16.(수) ~ 07.18.(금) 9:00 ~ 16:00

나. 입학금 및 등록금액 안내

1) 입학금(입학 시 첫 학기에 한번만 납부): 980,000원

2) 등록금: 7,811,000원(내국인) / 9,530,000원(외국인)

다. 등록 방법: 우리은행 전국 각 지점 또는 인터넷뱅킹 납부

라. 고지서출력

- 현재는 출력이 불가능하며, 등록금 납부 기간 중 출력 가능.

- 국제대학원 홈페이지(http://gsis.cau.ac.kr) 합격자 공고에서 본인 수험번호, 생년월일, 성명 입력 후 출력

3. 유의사항

가. 합격자는 필히 납부 고지서 출력 전에 현주소와 e-mail 주소를 입력해야 고지서를 출력할 수 있습니다.

나. 입학장학금은 등록금 고지서 출력 시 확인 가능합니다.

다. 원우회비는 국제대학원 학생 행사 참가비, 사물함 사용료이며, 합격자 OT에서 안내 예정입니다.

라. 외국인의 경우, 등록금 납부, 잔고증명서, 학위증명서 등 필수 제출 서류를 모두 제출한 학생에 한하여 유학비자를 위한 표준입학허가서가 발급될 예정입니다.

※ 재정능력 증명서류: 잔고증명서

유의사항	◦ 한국에서 체류자격을 변경하고자 할 경우 국내(한국)은행 발행 본인 명의 잔고증명서 제출 ◦ 출입국관리사무소 또는 사증발급처에서 재정 능력에 대한 추가 자료를 요청할 수 있음 ◦ 법무부 출입국의 해석에 따라 제출된 잔고명증서가 인정되지 않을 수 있음 ◦ 중국에서 발행한 은행 잔고증명서 발급 유의사항 ( 지역은행, 중소은행 지양 ) - 증명서 발급일과 예금 예치일이 동일해야함 - 증명서 유효기간 만료일과 예금 예치 만료일(동결 해제일)이 동일해야함 - 상시 출금이 가능하다고 해석되는 잔고증명서는 인정 불가
잔고증명서 제출 면제대상	학비 및 생활비를 대학 또는 국가로부터 지원받는 장학생의 경우 제출 불필요

바. 졸업예정자는 반드시 8월 31일(금)까지 국제대학원 교학지원팀으로 졸업증명서 및 성적증명서 원본을 제출해야합니다. (미제출 시, 합격 및 등록 취소)

* 일본대학 졸업예정자의 경우, 별도 안내 예정

* 단, 외국인 지원자의 경우 비자 발급을 위해 가능한 한 빠른 시일 내에 제출.
