Should the Study Plan for Special Admission be written in English? How long should it be?

The Study Plan for Special Admission should be written in your non-native language, or “B language.”

For example, if you are applying to the AITP Korean-English major and your native language is English, you should write the Study Plan in Korean.

You are free to write the Study Plan as you wish. There is no minimum or maximum length requirement.
